January Chapter Meeting

I AM WORTH IT and so are YOU!

Wellness for Yourself and Your Employees with Asia Ford

This program will be presented to HR professionals and business leaders to bring awareness to the importance of incorporating wellness as a component of corporate culture. Additionally, the presentation will demonstrate the powerful impact that healthy employees bring to the workplace. By partnering with employees to support personal health goals, employers make employees feel valued. As a result, employees are more team-oriented, engagement and productivity are increased, absenteeism decreases, and employees are genuinely more motivated and happy at work. There is a relationship between physical health and a healthy work culture.
