This position will assist with all payroll and benefits processing while maintaining extreme accuracy, confidentiality, and outstanding customer service to employees. Position will be the custodian for all employee files and other related payroll, benefit and employment files.

- Must be extremely organized and accurate with a strong attention to detail.
- Must be able to meet deadlines with limited direct supervision.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of payroll and benefit information.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with officers, employees and external contacts.
- Knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, Outlook and experience working with database management programs and applications.
- Must be willing to work overtime, as needed.
