This highly successful and growing manufacturer (with plants across the U.S.) is searching for a Human Resources Business Partner for their Louisville, KY corporate office. The plants operate multiple shifts in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, safety and customer service.

      This important HR position is responsible for assisting with daily HR administration and strategic HR goals throughout the company and reports to the HR Director. Responsibilities include working with plant leadership in the areas of full life cycle recruiting, training/development, compliance, benefits, employee retention/engagement and employee performance reviews.       Highlighted Duties

      • Partner with Plant HR and hiring managers on full life cycle recruiting including orientations and on-boarding
      • Mentor managers on employee relations including HR compliance, retention, training and employee engagement
      • Assist management team with HR procedure knowledge, employee training/development, performance management and issue resolution
      • Benefit administration including leaves of absences, open enrollment and troubleshooting issues
      • Assist payroll with accurate administration of employee wages and benefits
      • Special projects as assigned


      Highlighted Requirements:

      • Bachelor degree in HR or related field required
      • 4+ years of well-rounded HR experience in the manufacturing industry
      • Multi-site experience preferred
      • Prior use of a HRIS, proficiency with MS Office
      • HR certification desirable for employment/labor law compliance
      • Motivated; self-directed individual with strong attention to details and accuracy
      • Must have exceptional time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills
      • Excellent written, oral, listening, presentation, influence, and interpersonal skills
      • Must be able to travel out of state (max of 50% annually)
