      Talis Group's Southern Indiana client is an established premier manufacturer of consumer equipment searching for a bilingual HR professional (Spanish and English). This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to use their bilingual skills and gain HR experience with the guidance of a top-notch HR mentor. This HR Assistant will lead a project to translate and implement HR documents and materials to Spanish for the Spanish speaking workforce. Position will mainly work in the production area translating, onboarding new hires, working with managers and assisting with employee engagement. Time will also be spent in the office assisting with recruiting and handling HR administrative responsibilities. Opportunity to advance to HR Generalist.       Highlighted Duties:

      • Translate and implement HR documents and materials to Spanish
      • Assist with recruiting and candidate selection process (reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, etc.)
      • Assist with employee on-boarding, training, benefit enrollment and other new employee paperwork for Spanish speaking workforce
      • First point of contact to Spanish speaking employees includes employee engagement, excellent customer service and issue resolution
      • Ensures all company policies and procedures as well as state and federal employment laws and regulations are followed


      • Bachelor degree in HR, related field or HR work experience
      • Bi-lingual; Fluency speaking and writing in both Spanish and English required
      • HR manufacturing industry experience a plus
      • Excellent Microsoft Office software skills
      • Must be organized with excellence written/verbal communication skills
      • Proven ability to provide great customer service to the employees
      • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines accurately and efficiently
