      ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

      Are you a data driven person who likes the human resources side of business? Talis Group’s client, an industry leading manufacturer founded over 100 years ago, is looking for a detailed project driven HR professional for its Louisville, KY headquarters. Position reports to the HR Manager and will research and analyze HR data to help develop standards, reports, dashboards and metrics for senior management. Position will have daily involvement in HR areas including recruiting, employee relations, employee development and benefit administration.       Highlighted Duties:

      • Research, analyze, and present data as assigned
      • Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics
      • Full life cycle recruiting
      • Employee relations including HR compliance, retention, training, employee engagement, and incentive program
      • Manage assigned projects to highlight issues and make recommendations to address issues and priorities
      • Troubleshoot data and write detailed reports
      • Meet with management to discuss and clarify special projects and the status of queries, issues, and concerns
      • Assist in rollout and implementation of HR programs to improve HR policies and standards; report on HR trends
      • Assist management team with employee performance management program and reviews
      • Benefit administration including benefit plan evaluation and enrollment 


        QUALIFICATIONS

        • Bachelor degree in HR or related field
        • 5+ years of well-rounded HR experience (manufacturing industry experience preferred)
        • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
        • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data
        • Prior use of a HRIS will be helpful
        • Must have exceptional time management, problem solving and critical thinking skills
        • Excellent written, oral, listening, presentation, influence, and interpersonal skills
        • Motivated; self-directed individual
