Sponsor will have 3 minutes to speak to attendees about the company and services offered Sponsor will be provided a table in the meeting room for marketing materials Includes registration fee and lunch for 2 organization representatives ($35 for additional reps) Sponsor may place marketing material on participant tables Sponsor will be displayed on LSHRM website and social media pages Sponsor will be featured in email communication sent to all members Sponsor may donate a give-away for a drawing at the end of the meeting and keep any collected business cards in addition to the cards collected from members during the opening session
