Program Description

Strategic Planning that Inspires, Engages and Drives Results

Traditional strategic planning has a reputation for being labor-intensive, tedious and mentally exhausting with little reward at the end. Often, HR leaders aren't even brought into the strategy discussion until the plan has already been crafted. As organizations are becoming more purpose-led and people-centric, HR has an even more critical role as a strategic thought partner.

This session will show you how to use an accelerated and human-centered approach to strategy and purpose that inspires while also driving accountability. You will walk away with inspiration from real-world examples and new skills to add to your strategy toolkit.
