Lisa Johnson, SHRM-SCP, is an internationally experienced human resource professional whose career includes working for organizations such as Toyota, Unilever, Tyco and Johnson Controls. As owner of HR Know-How LLC she is a sought after trainer and public speaker. She helps managers handle employee relations issues with confidence and guard against complaints competently. Her content is grounded in the message that bringing humanity and consistency to daily interactions is key not only to personal growth but also to greater organizational productivity. She is on the board of LSHRM and a member of the National Speakers Association.
