Program Objectives

Ms. Jekiel will discuss how to use continuous improvement methodologies to strengthen the work of HR in 2021.  She will cover how these methods have helped HR teams in other organizations including how they have used them make a greater strategic impact.  The session will include 3 specific tools you can apply to your work processes to increase the time you have available for more strategic contributions.

Cheryl Jekiel

Cheryl M Jekiel is the Founder of the Lean Leadership Center, which is an organization that supports the expansion of human potential in the workplace. Cheryl spends a lot of her time working with HR teams to upgrade their processes and implement strategies to increase the value HR brings to their organization. 

Ms. Jekiel has held Vice President of Human Resources positions for a number of companies. Prior to her recent senior leadership roles in Human Resources, Ms. Jekiel served as Chief Operating Officer and several other senior leadership roles in manufacturing industries.


As the author of “Lean Human Resources: Redesigning HR Practices for a Culture of Continuous Improvement”, Ms. Jekiel is committed to furthering the strategic role of HR.
