Presenter's Bio:

Stephanie Prewitt is Executive Director and cofounder of Foundations HR Consulting. As Assistant General Counsel for Labor and Employment matters to Toyota for nearly 20 years, Ms. Prewitt counseled HR departments on labor and employment matters and partnered with HR executives to implement systems and processes that are not only legally sound, but also further the principles of lean business operations.

Ms. Prewitt has vast experience in conducting investigations, drafting and reviewing policies and handbooks, and developing and delivering extensive training programs.

This training is designed specifically for the unique challenges we are facing – tensions caused by the pandemic, social justice issues, and politics. With this training, Ms. Prewitt will show you how to successfully handle tough societal issues that are impacting both in-person and remote workplaces – issues that are causing tensions now and seem to be on the rise.
