program details

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): What’s Good for the Soul conveys to listeners the
value corporate CSR plays in building the reputation of a firm and in attracting and
retaining employees. According to one survey, 93% of the respondents want to work for a company that cares about them as an individual; 51% will not work for a company that does not have strong social and/or environmental commitments; and 74% said their job was more fulfilling when they are provided opportunities to make a positive impact at work and in their community. In “…What’s Good for the Soul,” Stacy Durbin presents how effective CSR has been for her firm and for the employees who work there.

Registrants will learn how to:
1. Evaluate the benefits of CSR for the communities in which they do business.
2. Design a CSR strategy for their firm.
3. Assess the benefits to employees.
4. Realize increased attraction of millennials and alpha generation workers.
5. Track improvements to employee attraction and retention data.
6. Realize improvement in productivity.
7. Appreciate why employees find CSR so meaningful personally and professionally.

With a background in sales, a business administration and marketing degree from the University of Kentucky, and a passion for helping people achieve homeownership, a career in real estate was simply the perfect match for her. Within her first few years, Stacy quickly grew her business, earning her the title as a Top Producer and a
reputation within the industry and as a well-respected leader.

In 2007, Stacy took the next step and earned her Broker’s license, and just two
years later she entered the corporate arena as Semonin Realtors’ Director of
Relocation, leading the company’s relocation operations, national networking,

agents, helping them cultivate their own businesses and achieving their individual goals as successful REALTORS®. In 2019, Stacy accepted her current  position as the General Sales Manager of Semonin Realtors where she oversees the management, operations, marketing, and sales of the region’s largest and leading real estate brokerage.

Stacy has also served on the Board for Habitat for Humanity of Metro Louisville
